1. The owners do not accept responsibility for personal injury, accidents, loss and damage to persons or personal effects howsoever caused, including through use of the pool.
2. Children must be supervised at all times by an adult in the party when using the swimming pool.
3. Only those persons detailed at the time of booking are authorised to use the property.
4. No pets please.
5. Not suitable for children under 10
6. No smoking allowed in the rooms.
7. Please note all rooms are situated on the first floor and access to the property is via stone hewn steps and thus may not be suitable for the elderly or disabled.
8. Any contract subsequently entered into shall be governed by English Law in every particular including formation and interpretation and shall be deemed to have been made in England. Owners’ insurances are underwritten in France and subject to the laws of that country alone. |
